BECOME A SPEAKER

Speaker applications are now open and will close on April 21st, 2025. Our team will review each application and reach out personally before final confirmation.

We will ensure that all applicants receive a response, regardless of the outcome of their application. Applying early enhances your likelihood of acceptance since the agenda has a limited number of speaking slots available.

If you’re uncertain about your availability for the event dates, we recommend confirming your schedule before submitting your application. We recognize that unexpected emergencies can occur, and we will evaluate potential replacements on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a confirmed speaker needing to cancel on short notice, we may reconsider future opportunities for collaboration.

Any modifications to the speaker lineup must be authorized by the Food Tech Congress content team before extending invitations to potential replacements. Please, reach out to us first to discuss alternative options.

Food Tech Congress retains the authority to cancel a session in cases where the speaker is unable to deliver the originally proposed presentation or fails to meet critical deadlines.

Travel and accommodation expenses for guest speakers are not covered by the Food Tech Congress. You can find information about suggested hotel options on our website. There is usually a discounted rate available for conference attendees.

The Food Tech Congress does not provide honorariums to speakers as our commitment lies in fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration driven by a shared passion for innovation.
